Right up front, Knowles Onsite Repair has been renamed FleetPride. The change happened about a year ago. Many of the same people who worked for Knowles continued their employment status with FleetPride. Really good group of people to deal with.

Had a coolant leak on the Heater Return Line and needed replacement. Called around out the blue got a hold of Dale at the Dothan, Al location and was assured they could do the job right. Showed up and Josh had me done in 2 1/2 hrs! Very professional. I highly recommend!!!

These guys are absolutely awesome. I had one of my team trucks down with a clutch transmission issue. I called Knowles. They recommend a near by tow service for me to have it towed. The repairs were to be done within two days originally. After having it towed to him they looked at it and informed me that we have one of the Mercedes set ups for our system and they do not work on those. So out of his pocket he had the professionalism to have my truck towed to the Freightliner Dealer in town, and has allowed us to park our trailer on his property free of charge until the unit is ready. Guys they estimate it will be ready is 3 to 4 weeks. These are good folks people. I recommend them to anyone at any time they are straight forward, very professional down to earth and very easy to work with. And his original labor rate is substantially lower than the dealership.

So we called and organized a roadside call, asking for a jumpstart. They came and did what they could, the truck was still not working, but that's fine. The issue occurred when I asked for the invoice so we could pay for the roadside call, I was asked to talk to the manager named "Dale". I called him and he said that he could not get the invoice until the morning, so I asked if we could pay in the morning, when we receive the invoice. Then out of nowhere, he starts being aggressive with me, threatening to go to the Sheriff's Department to sue us so he can seize the truck because "we don't want to pay" for the service they did. I was doing my best to explain to him that we need any kind of invoice to issue the payment, but he continued to give me an attitude, being aggressive and rude trough the whole conversation with me. In the end, they gave us the written invoice and we paid. I just think that as a Manager, he should be a little more polite and understanding of the situation.

I dropped my truck of for smoking wheel end and they fixed me up really fast and professional. They also found an air leak while replacing the wheel seal. They replaced a valve and had all parts in stock. I highly recommend Knowles on site. Thank you very much to Dale and his team.
